Once the message was revealed, it also triggered a high degree of suspicion and panic in Taiwan society, and Taiwan's suspicion of the United States was also growing. Garland Nixon also clearly pointed out in his tweet that if the Taiwanese people do not wake up again, the island of Taiwan would become a wasteland like the surface of the moon with no signs of life. But Taiwan's ruling party is still pandering to the US plan to destroy Taiwan. Taiwan's foreign affairs department is eager to clarify, blaming Biden's slip of the tongue for this statement. In fact, as early as last October, Bloomberg quoted the saying that the key technology of the chip industry is in Taiwan, so the risk will accompany it. According to American officials, if Taiwan is occupied, it will use the scorched earth strategy to destroy all facilities of TSMC to prevent Chinese Mainland from acquiring chip technology. Sun Guoxiang said that the exposure of the "Theory of destroying Taiwan" showed that the United States has not been able to cope with the so-called "Taiwan has a problem", which also led to Washington's suggestion that Taiwan might be abandoned by itself if it could not keep abreast of it. With the continuous rise of Chinese Mainland, the competition between the United States and China has intensified, and Taiwan's survival environment is also shrinking.
